We bought the necklace my sister is wearing as a reward. She is pretending that it is her gold medal. Dean of course didn't even need to get ready for the 5K. He just got up and ran it like it was no big deal. And the last time he even ran at the gym was back in May.
Also, this means that I get to cross off one thing off my "30 before 30" list. I still only have 20 things on my list. So when I come up with ten more, I will post it here!

Wahoo! That's awesome you ran a 5k. It feels good, doesn't it?
Go you! A 5k is on my bucket list; I'm not really one for exercise either!
Great job, Yooms! Isn't running amazing?! I love the feeling of accomplishing a big goal after putting so much work into it and seeing the rewards. Let me know if you ever want running help/advice, I love being Coach Tara! xoxo
